Le virage Shapewear Return Policy & Terms and Conditions

At Levirage, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

A return will only be considered if:

  1. The item(s) does not fit and you require a different size.
  2. The item(s) is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  3. ⁠The item(s) is clean, free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of wear.
  4. All original tags, packaging, and accessories are still attached and included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  1. The shapewear has been worn (other than trying it on briefly over clean undergarments).
  2. The item has been washed, altered, damaged, or has an unpleasant odor.
  3. The hygiene seal (if applicable) has been removed or tampered with.
  4. The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and explain the reason for the return (for example, incorrect size or poor fit).
  3. Wait for return approval before sending the item back.
  4. Once approved, return the item in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the wrong item was sent by Le virage or the item arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Le virage cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We will resolve the issue promptly.
